CIRHA'S HOME OWNERSHIP PROGRAM

CIRHA has homes for sale in three different communities within our service area. The homes are all three bedroom single family dwellings in the cities of Adel, Perry, and Woodward. These homes are for sale to qualified lower income families.

INCOME LIMITS:

The minimum income required for any family size is $15,000 in annual gross income. For maximum income limits, see table below. The family must consist of a minimum three members and a maximum of six members for a three bedroom home.

CIRHA also has information regarding various lending programs and information about first time homebuyer programs. A forgivable silent second mortgage may also be available for qualified families.
