CIRHA offers several programs to help meet your housing needs. The region CIRHA covers includes the counties of Boone, Dallas, Jasper, Madison, Marion and Story (but does not include the cities of Ames, Knoxville, or Pella). SECTION 8 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM Learn how to receive a housing voucher which will help pay your rent when you find your own qualifying unit to rent from a private landlord.
PUBLIC HOUSING PROGRAM Learn how to rent one of CIRHA's apartments, duplexes, or townhomes where your rent will be based on your income.
